„BÓG STWORZYŁ CZYSTY ŚWIAT, NASZ ŚWIAT POWINIEN TAKŻE BYĆ CZYSTY [GOD CREATED THE WORLD CLEAN, OUR WORLD SHOULD ALSO BE CLEAN]"

Aims of the project

1. Explanation of the following terms: environment, dangers caused by used electric and electronic equipment as well as used batteries, for environment and people's health.

2. Encouraging ecologic attitudes of residents of Komorów.

3. Significant reduction of the amount of used electric and electronic equipment as well as of the used batteries in municipal waste, through activation of perish environment.

The weather was nice. Educational stall of AURAEKO, offering brochures that related to threats from the side of used electric and electronic equipment, as well as used batteries, situated on a car park near the church, was visited by numerous guests.

Although it was the first such action of the Parish of Church under the invocation of Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Komorów, reaction of residents of Komorów, counted with high amounts of collected equipments, was very satisfying. We have collected almost 2 tons of used equipment and almost 200 kg of used batteries.

We spread almost 1500 leaflets, handing them to persons, who brought the used batteries and equipment, and leaving them in the church.

We would like to thank the parish priest of the Church under invocation of Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
